Creative Care and Support Limited philosophy of care aims to promote and reflect the values that focus upon the individual, as being central to the care service planning and delivery of care.  In order to achieve this, Creative Care and Support Limited has drawn upon the fundamental core values of care, which underpin the service values; these are the basis for the provision of individual care services.  Creative Care and Support Limited believes the best person to plan his or her future is that person. We help our service users to fulfil their expectations and aspirations and we will enable them where ever possible to make their own plans and decisions regarding their life.

• Respect for the intrinsic worth, dignity and individuality of the service user, his/her racial identity and cultural heritage.
• Autonomy and independence of personal decision making, including the assumption of risks as well as responsibilities associated with citizenship.
• Choice of occupational activities will be offered, these will include your lifestyle, and the maintenance of independence.
• Participation and integration into society, the development of plans and policies also decisions affecting the service users life.
• The Opportunity to develop the service users’ skills and knowledge. Resulting in fulfilment of personal aspirations and abilities.
• Maintenance of privacy from unnecessary intrusion, together with the safeguarding of confidentiality.

The realisation of these values together with the level of help and support required to achieve individual goals, will be unique process for each individual-as everyone is a unique individual. However, the value principles remain constant and provide a foundation for the provision of care to all, regardless of personal circumstances.

As might be expected Creative Care and Support offers a comprehensive range of personal, practical care or support from a pop in visit to 24 hour care packages.

This includes tenancy support, within your home. We are keen though to enable people to live to the full and this involves addressing support needs not just in the home but also in the wider community. 

This could include supporting people to go shopping, washing, cleaning, any daily living tasks, going to social events, any appointments or just maintaining contact with friends and families.

​Our services are flexible and respond to your changing priorities and needs. We work together with families to keep our customers in control of their own care as far as they are able. That’s why we always listen carefully to what you tell us about how you want to receive your care and support.

We keep in regular contact, so that you soon get to know the team and management.

CC&S have a detailed understanding of Individual Budgets, Right to Control, Self Funding, Virtual Budgets, and well developed relationships with colleagues in Social Services, Health Services and Housing.

This means whatever your support needs – and whatever your budget - we are able to work with you in creating the best possible package of care and support.

The company has gone from strength to strength since it was opened in August 2013, this is due to the quality of work, and the commitment to going the “extra mile”. 

This has resulted in the company gaining the respect and confidence of service users, their families, and professionals from social workers, district nurse, Nurse Advisers (PEG Training).
