Personally, I would like to add my own thanks for the care provided. I was very impressed by the kindness, patience and  understanding. the carers demonstrated while attending to my mum, nothing was too much trouble for them. As a senior nurse I  was impressed by the care given,  even though time was limited, they were always cheerful, thorough and didn't rush her. It was  always good to hear them engage her in conversation with her.

 As you know Edna has been at home from hospital for a couple of weeks, she has been confined to bed all this time. I am just  writing on behalf of Edna and myself to say thank you to your staff for the way they are looking after Edna. They are very caring,  kind and understanding 

 Some of the district nurses have commented on how well Edna has been looked after. 

 Can I just thank you for the way you have planned the visits of your care team to check on Edna.

 Finally my thanks to you, for organising the night visits.

Everything from Creative Care & Support is of high standard, I like the way they care about me as well as Arthur.the staff are all  so encouraging. We feel with our carers, and changing companies, we have moved from the bargain basement of care up to the  elite of care. The carers are always helpful, cheerful and friendly, we appreciate all that is done for us.

I want to thank all of the staff, for the care of my husband Ron. I could not have wished for better care, everyone of the carers were  superb. you have an exceptional team. Please keep up the good work, thank you so much.
